NEW TEXTBOOK - MANAGEMENT BASICS FOR STERILE PROCESSING!
SPU is pleased to announce the availability of a new textbook “Management Basics for Sterile Processing”. This book is a compilation of author, Nancy Chobin, RN, AAS, ACSP, CSPDM and her 20 years experience in sterile processing.
Since 1998
she has served as a member of the Association for the Advancement of Medical
Instrument's Sterilization Standards Committee and since June 2005 a member
of the Association of peri-Operative Registered Nurses' Recommended Practices
Committee.
As an international speaker and author as well as a sterile processing educator, Nancy wanted to provide a book specifically for managers and supervisors dealing with the specific management issues in sterile processing. This book is designed to be used with the Basics of Sterile Processing textbook. It covers the following topics:
