1) Sterile Processing University LLC requires a signature for delivery on all book orders. If the person would like to waive the signature option, the user accepts liability for the parcel. SPU will not replace or refund the order.
2) If the user is placing more than one order, please include a note in the notes section on the shipping tab that you're placing multiple orders. This will ensure timely processing.
ALL of these publications are copyrighted. No one is permitted to copy or share any purchased publications at any time, in any format (electronic, copy, etc). Sterile Processing University LLC strictly enforces all copyright-protected materials.
NEW POLICY ABOUT RECEIPTS: SPU LLC is focused on environmental conservation and will no longer be including a paper receipt with an order. We will be emailing a receipt for all online orders. If a client does not receive an email, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder to see if it was routed there by accident.
SPU requires a signature on any online order for books. We require this to ensure the client receives the publication. The user may bypass a signature for delivery by including a note on the order. If this option is selected, SPU will not be liable for any package that isn't delivered or received.
Processing time for online orders: Three to Four business days (excluding weekends or holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed.
Please be advised that we do not mail out module purchases. The user will be prompted to create an online account during the checkout process. The module will be stored in the online account.
All online course modules are stored in the user's account via the dashboard. If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to our friendly team for further guidance.
If someone needs to place an order that's time-sensitive, it MUST be received by 1:00PM, EST, in order to be processed the same day.
Sterile Processing University's Return Policy: The user has 7 business days, from the date of purchase to return any publications. Publications must be returned in the same condition as sold; no marks, writing, dog ears, bent pages/edges. We suggest returning the book(s) to our office by a traceable means that requires a signature for delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded.
Requests for refunds/billing inquiries must be received within 7 days of the order date.
Missing or damaged books: All book orders must be inspected within 7 days of receipt. Issues with damaged/missing books must be reported within this time frame. For damaged books, please send a photo of the damage for our insurance purposes.
Sterile Processing University, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, and all inquiries for damaged or lost products will be referred to the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Chargebacks: If you have a question about a charge from SPU, please reach out to a friendly team member for assistance. All chargebacks will be assessed a non-refundable fee of $80.00.
Sterile Processing University, LLC does not accept Purchase Orders. Pre-payment is required on all orders.
