6) Understand the various symbols used in health care in the manufacture of sterile products.
7) Define the purpose of a procedure manual for the SPD and explain the difference between policies and procedures.
8) Identify and describe methods of quality assurance for the SPD.
9) Outline the education and training necessary to ensure competent performance of sterile processing professionals.

  • Items must be returned within 10 business days of purchase and be in the original condition in which they were shipped; new and undamaged. All returned items will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Sterile Processing University, LLC does not accept Purchase Orders. Pre-payment is required on all orders.
  • If the purchaser has a question about an order, please reach out to our friendly team for assistance. Any chargebacks that are assessed will incur a non-refundable fee of $80.00.
