All SPU publications are copyrighted. No one is permitted to copy or share any purchased publications at any time, in any format — electronic, photocopy, or otherwise. Sterile Processing University LLC strictly enforces all copyright-protected materials.

SPU LLC is focused on environmental conservation and will no longer include a paper receipt with orders. A receipt will be emailed for all online orders. If you do not receive an email receipt, please check your spam or junk folder.

SPU requires a signature on all online book orders to ensure you receive your publication. You may bypass the signature requirement by leaving a note on your order — however, by doing so, you accept full liability for the parcel. SPU will not replace or refund orders where signature was waived.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days of receipt. Policy and procedure orders are filled within 48 hours of submission.

Course module purchases are digital only. Nothing will be mailed. Upon purchase, an online account will be created for you and login information will be sent to your registered email address.

If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the notes section at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate, SPU cannot guarantee expedited delivery times.

You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to return any publications. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold — no marks, writing, dog ears, or bent pages. We recommend returning books via a traceable method that requires a signature for delivery.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Requests for refunds or billing inquiries must be received within 7 days of the order date. Please contact us directly to initiate a refund request.

All book orders must be inspected within 7 days of receipt. Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported within this timeframe. For damaged books, please send a photo of the damage for insurance purposes.

If you have a question about a charge from SPU, please contact us directly before disputing with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be subject to an administrative fee.

All orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment. SPU does not offer net terms or invoicing. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
