We require a signature on all online orders to ensure delivery to the user. If the user isn’t available at the time of delivery to sign for the package, the courier service should leave a notice on the door or mailbox. If the user signs the slip and puts it back on the door or mailbox, the courier will leave the package (in most cases).
If you leave directions with the courier to leave your package with a neighbor, please be sure to reach out to them for your package.
If the user does not want a signature option on an order, SPU will honor this request, however, we will assume no liability for any package that is not received. This includes any refunds on the order or shipping.
